Students are taught in a vibrant and creative atmosphere by academic staff at the forefront of their fields. The College provides the highest quality education and training to help each individual student fulfill their potential and achieve a career as a professional musician.
2005 saw Leeds College of Music transfer from the Further Education sector to the Higher Education sector. The sector transfer has been part of the College’s long-term strategy for a number of years, and will help Leeds College of Music to move towards the same footing as the other UK conservatoires, enabling Leeds College of Music to improve the service to our students by investing heavily in staff and facilities.
